Complementary passes are available for Passengers who have valid, at least monthly point-to-point season tickets issued by Volán companies and MÁV-START Zrt.

Complementary season tickets are exclusively valid together with at least monthly season tickets issued by the above mentioned service providers.

The number of travel documents issued by Volán companies or MÁV-START Zrt. shall be indicated on complementary season tickets.

The validity period of monthly season tickets lasts from (service start) on the first day of the given month to (service end) on the fifth day of the following month.

The validity period of half-monthly tickets lasts from service start on the sixth day of the given month to service end on the twentieth day and also from service start on the twenty-first day of the given month to service end on the fifth day of the following month.

Family ticket are availeble for one or two adults (person above 18) and at least one child (6-14 yers), altogether not more than seven people on the vehicle. Schoolchildren must have their student certificates and foreing children must take their passports with them. Valid for scheduled DKV Zrt. services (tram, trolleybus, bus journeys) from service start to service end from the initial date to the expiry date (altogether 3 calendar days) indicated by the service provider, in the full lengths of the lines, unlimitedly. Before the first journey, an adult (one of the adults) must write the serial number of his/her identity (photo) card (document) in the respective box of the ticket in link, legibly and without correction.

Excess charges are to be paid personally in our Customer Service Offices.

Unless the surcharge is paid in due time, it is collected by the court. The public limited liability company charges 400 HUF extra if the passenger fails to show his season ticket at ticket control but he can prove that he bought it on the previous day before ticket control and presents it subsequentlycat the Customer Service the control follow-up within 5 days.

Unfortunately, for data processing reasons, season tickets cannot be presented subsequently on the day when the surcharge is levied. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT!

Through ticket: Do not use it for your travel without validation! Redemption is available only for tickets unused within three months following price changes at the Customer Service Office of DKV Zrt.

Block tickets including 11 tickets are available from 01 January 2010 for the price of 10 through tickets.

Monthly and half-monthly season tickets can be redeemed in their full value - management fee in return for - until the start of their validity period. Monthly tickets can be repurchased in their 50% - management fee in return for - value until booking-office closing on the 15.day of the calendar month starting with the first validity day at the Customer Service Office of DKV Zrt.

Ruined or damaged season tickets can be repurchased in the ticket offices in Petőfi Square, Segner Square, Doberdó Street or in our Customer Service Office in Malompark Shopping Centre. Handling cost is 200 HUF.
