Ad-hoc mobile parking: no previous registration!
No previous registration is needed to use the service operated by Pannon, T-Mobile and Vodafone. You only have to send your car’s registration number and the date of your parking to the telephone number on the parking meters. This telephone number identifies the parking zone as well.
You will receive a text message about the transaction. If you do not know how long you intend to park, please only send your registration number to the above mentioned telephone number. Your parking can be interrupted at any time. Operators will register your transactions, so your payment can be verified later as well.
This service can be used in compliance with regulations on the purchase of mobile telephones.
If drivers do not wish to purchase their parking tickets for a predetermined period of time, the system will automatically give the potential maximum period for the waiting time. If this is over and drivers want to continue their parking, they will have to start another parking session through their mobile phones.
If parking tickets are purchased, number plates will be involved in a central data base and parking wardens will electronically check payment. Transaction fee is 75 HUF per parking session purchase.

How to start your parking session?
Put your Mpark parking card behind your windscreen in a conspicuous spot and dial the calling number of the fee zone. The system will inform you about the start of your parking.
How to stop your parking session?
You will have to dial the parking zone again and the system will inform you about the termination of your parking.
Parking fees by using Mpark:
Fares indicated in parking lots shall also be valid for cell-phone.
How shall the traffic warden know about the beginning of your parking session?
The traffic warden will check the serial number of your Mpark card behind your screen. If the 12 digits of your parking card are not visible or your parking session has not been launched, the traffic warden shall fine you.
Mpark mobile phone parking cards are independent of the registration number of your vehicle; therefore you can use parking lots for parking any vehicles.
If you visit the homepage of www.mpark.hu and you give your pin-code, you can get itemized and detailed information on your parking events and your balance. If you call the following number: +36 (52) 538-947 you can receive your actual balance in a text message.
If you park with your company car or with your family, you can use several cards from a single (shared) account.
