Concessional passes for residents are valid for the streets where residents reside permanently and are issued for 1 piece of serviceable, private vehicle owned or operated by the owner. When passes are booked, the owner or operator of the private vehicle shall prove his/her residence by presenting his/her identity card.
If our Customers possess full-price parking passes available for Economic Operators, other Legal Organizations or Private Individuals, they may use our deep garages unrestrictedly.
Parking passes are available in our customer service office. Passes are valid in all parking lots operated by DKV Zrt. all over Debrecen.
Excess charges in all parking zones in 2012
In the event of failure to pay due excess fares, the operator shall charge, subject to a limitation period of 60 days, an excess fare of 10 300 HUF calculated from the date of unauthorized use of the parking lot.
Excess fares shall not be paid at ticket machines, only in customer service offices and post offices.
Excess fares are exempted from VAT.
Consequences of irregular parking
Traffic wardens continuously check vehicles in parking lots and register the data of careless drivers. If drivers violate parking regulations, they shall pay excess fares.
Parking fees and excess fares shall be paid in customer service offices or in post offices by cheques attached to reminders. Excess fares shall not be paid at parking machines!
Upon request, ticket holders will receive invoices for pre-paid parking fees and receipts for excess charges in customer service offices. Drivers can submit complaints against excess fare payment in the customer service office within 3 working days.
In the event of failure to pay within 30 days, judicial enforcement of payment shall take place. All court expenses shall be borne by those who park their vehicles irregularly.
It is hoped that our customers shall act as law-abiding citizens and sanctions shall not be imposed.
